The quote also shows that it is not up to their decision to decide whether they are created and isolated. * Victor & Tyrell both create them to be at the ‘top of the chain’ – power, God has power over humans, humans power over replicants & monster. * Once replicants/monster regain emotions/knowledge/experience then they have more power than their creators as shown by Leon hurting Leonard & monster threatening and killing Victor’s family/friends.
