1Launch PowerPoint on your computing machine. You will see a clean PowerPoint slide with text proxies.
2 Click the “Designs” check to shop the templet subjects.
3 Click the subject you would wish to use to your PowerPoint presentation. This will alter the design for all slides you create.
4 Click inside the text proxies and type your text. The first slide should include the presentation’s rubric and any of import information.
5 Click “New Slide” from the “Slides” group in the PowerPoint toolbar to make a new slide after your rubric slide.
6 Pick a layout for your new slide. Layouts allow you to put a templet with pre-created text boxes or media boxes for images. charts. graphs or other media.
7 Click on the text boxes to type your slide text. This will frequently be in bulleted format by default. You should restrict your figure of slugs to no more than five points per slide.
8 Insert media into the slide by snaping on the media proxy in your slide’s templet. You can import images. tabular arraies. graphs. nip art or film media.
9 Add new slides and content until you finish your slide show.
10 Click the “F5” button to see your slide show. This allows you to reexamine the slide show and the tempo of your information.
11 Press the “Esc” key on your keyboard to return to the PowerPoint plan.
12 Click the “Save” icon to salvage your presentation as a file on your computing machine.
