In term of accomplishments, I learned to run machines with criterion of operation process ( SOP ) . This includes how to run, wash, set up and set the manner of the machines. I besides use my scientific accomplishments to roll uping and analyse the information.
I get knowledge, understanding, and accomplishments on how to do and make new fish-based merchandises such as modern frozen sata and otak-otak, keropok lekor, breaded filet and scallop fish, fish Burger, and besides on how to do the soy milk and taufufah.
On the other manus, I understand the mill environment and workplace particularly in the line of machines in the mill, the demands for a mill to run, and the regulations of the mill. These cognition and accomplishments are new to me as in university chiefly focused on lab activities.
DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION
It is a pleasance for me to urge a few suggestions for the company and the Universiti Malaysia Terengganu ( UMT ) :
Recommendation for MARDI
I would wish to urge MARDI to give practical pupils or industrial preparation pupils more chances to make research.
Fix the tentative for the activities or undertakings, the practical pupils will acquire through.
Take the practical pupils to affect and follow MARDI ‘s activities and revealed them to the current state of affairs or research done.
Recommendation for university ( UMT )
I would wish to urge the university to offer the pupils to make industrial preparation in MARDI station.
I would wish to propose to university to convey the pupils to see the MARDI ‘s Stationss in order to acquire new cognition and information and to expose them to the existent maps of MARDI.
Overall, the industrial preparation at MARDI Manir, Kuala Terengganu, gives many new cognition and experiences to me for my hereafter. A batch of things that I had ne’er learn before, I learnt it throughout this preparation period.
I realized that we need to be a pro-active, have finding to larn, consistent, hardworking, open-minded, originative thought, and besides move professionally are of import qualities in meeting date lines, fulfilling clients ‘ demands, adapt with working environment, and bettering ourselves.
Besides that, the new cognition and applications that I get are non waste but really utile possibly non now but subsequently on. The accomplishments and other undertakings that had given to me hold their ain vital. All the aims of this industrial preparation besides have been fulfilled, which are:
The pupils will be provided with off-campus work experiences that complement their surveies need for them in working environmental shortly.
Developed the interpersonal quality, communicating accomplishments and positive behaviour with workers and community in industry.
Practiced the cognition and accomplishments gained in university and new cognition and skills together in related Fieldss.
Developed the pupils ‘ behaviours to be subject, duty, able to take hazards, brave and can defy with any coming hazards, more tolerate, peculiar, and increase their self-esteem.
