Encourage people to take duty for all of their actions, from reproduction to ingestion and political relations. The duty for the public assistance of the citizens belongs in the community, as does instruction, safety, and the whole substructure. Corporate direction is responsible for developing plans to put ends, modify constructions, and present standards to mensurate advancement. The Board of Directors is responsible, as the designers of duty and stewards of the human and material resources ; the authorities is responsible, in its legislative, judicial, and regulative maps.
