Analysis: For the most part this movie focuses on the relationship with a mother and daughter. First we see a good relationship that seems happy and healthy until after the daughter gets married. She now makes her own decisions. That just kill her mother, not to have control over her daughter. Right or wrong the mother can’t control her. We this a lot In society today. Mothers over protective of their children and letting them live their own lives. Kids growing up In religious families, feeling Like they need to act in certain ways and do and say the correct things according to their arenas.

Usually feeling like they can’t just be themselves, like they need approval. Once the children feel like they can make their own decisions they go wild . Rebelling against their parents. But, in the end, after they feel they gotten it out of their system they realize that their parents were only tiring to give them a solid foundation Anthem and appreciate them more. The daughter Is a victim of diversity from her mother. She is a lot young and feels obligated to her mother and her mother takes advantage of it. Another Issue was a friend of theirs who owned a beauty parlor.

Her husband was not very Involved with anything she did, never wanting to do anything , but sit at home and watch TV. Nice there was a death of a friend, he stopped and realized what was important in life. In the world today everyone is doing just that. With the terrorist attacks that took place and are still taking place. People are realizing how precious life really is and how out of your control life is. We need to take action now to make ourselves and other happy and content. Sometimes in life we need something devastating to wake us up from our every day routines, and notice how you and there are affected by our actions.

This Is a diversity Issue between a husband and wife and the worked through it and came closer together. At one pint in the movie, Shelby has kidney problems. She is need of a transplant. Instead of waiting on a list to get a kidney donor, Mainly decides to give her kidney to her daughter. Even furthering her parenthood control over her daughter. There Is no way that Shelby can completely break away from mom’s control now. How could saved her life. I know if I were in that situation at that time, I would not be able to tell my mom to leave me alone.

Her mom knows this and I think that is the reason why she did it. This is diversity due to there age the mother over daughter. The wedding reception shows more of mothers control over Shelby. Mainly pulls Shelby new husband aside and starts spreading her control over to him. She tells him to go to the doctor’s appointment with Shelby and make sure she does what he says. Mainly obviously doesn’t trust Shelby will make the right the decisions on her own. Like Shelby needs someone to tell her what to do, because to her she is Just a little child still. The different in age is what mom can’t get past.

Her daughter is always going to be a Yeager that her and incapable of handling herself properly in her eye. This was an excellent movie, showing the diversity in age . Mainly as a mother can’t let her little baby grow up and be her own person. She has to watch over her like a hawk. The difference in age and mainly the fact that they are mother and daughter is the main conflict in this movie. I am so glad that I do not have this problem. If I did I would have to assert myself and tell my mom, in the nicest way possible, to back off and let me grow up and be man, or in this case a woman.
