Polarity The unequal sharing of electrons. This is the most important property of water. This also leads to the hydrogen bonds.
Hydrogen Bond The attraction of hydrogen to other particles (including itself).
Universal Solvent Water is the universal solvent because it dissolves everything in it's path even more than the ACID.
