Should Cannabis Be Legalized? BY asdfl 206 I am a curious if cannabis should be legalized? Cannabis: an expensive, can ruined someone’s life. Cannabis is also known as weed and in a lot of people’s opinions cannabis is one of the most dangerous drug in the world. They are right. This drug can lead to on harder drugs for example crystal meth or ‘meow meow otherwise known as M-cat. This is otherwise known as a gateway drug. Cannabis being a gateway drug in many occasions has lead people to these deadly drugs.
With it being the most attainable drug this truly can be called silent illers as many of the people who take it are unaware of the future issues. For example why cannabis should keep it legal, John Triggs said “l though cannabis was cool probably because it was illegal” also if cannabis is illegal all the smokers in high school and lower school will straight go to harder drugs. 20% of teenagers are smokers however 50% of teenagers have smoked at least once. This tells us that if cannabis is illegal all the teenagers will start smoking cannabis instead normal cigarettes and the bad thing is that cannabis is worst than cigarettes.

When I discover that there are 30,000 people were kill because smoking cannabis, I was very shocked I cannot believe that much people got ill because cannabis.
This makes me think that cannabis is very bad drugs and I think that cannabis shouldn’t be legalized forever. If keep it banned it will makes people harder to get cannabis and it will be more expensive because the police will keep taking the people that who is selling the cannabis. The person say that the cannabis should be legalise because Sixty per cent of young people aged 20 to 24 have used cannabis, but only 1% of that age group on to harder drugs. ‘ But is cannabis is legalise I will expect that the percentage will increase about 10% each ears this means there will be a lot more people taking more harder drugs like heroin.
And I will expect that the death each year form cannabis smoker would be double because people can get it anywhere and it will make a lot teenagers start smoking cannabis because they doesn’t know what it is. This is why we shouldn’t let cannabis legalised. Overall I think that the cannabis shouldn’t be legalized due to the fact that cannabis kills over 30,000 people per year so if the cannabis is legalized double or triple amount of people this is why cannabis shouldn’t be legalized.
Also it will make the teenagers having the cannabis because they want to act cool, want to make some more friends. Although cannabis could be helpful in the hospital because the doctor using the cannabis to help the patient having less harmful for the cut. But, it is rarely the doctor using the cannabis because the patient will get addicted to this kind of drug so it is not helpful to the hospital. After this entire thing tells us that cannabis shouldn’t be legalized due to the fact that it can be harm a lot people.
